What a week.
Monday started with Cowen puking all over the kitchen floor (after eating/drinking of course!) and then later having diarrhea.
I thought that he might have eaten something gross (as he tries anything and everything)
and since he was better that evening and had almost the same amount of energy all day, I didn't think it was a bug.
Tuesday, Madilyn refused to go to preschool. Paul took her and she freaked out and didn't want him to leave. He stayed with her as long as he could, but got called into work and had to go. So he took Madilyn with him and she missed most of the day. I was thinking that she probably didn't want Paul to leave, as she hasn't see him much lately. Thank you US Air Force. So we went and visited the next best thing....Grandma Joan. We spent the afternoon with Grandma hanging out and going to the park. I thought all was on the mend.
Well then came this morning...5am...a little visitor came to our room... and the puking began.
She puked about 5 times this morning.
Luckily, she didn't have anything in her stomach, until after I gave her some ginger ale.
So I have been doing laundry and trying to make her as comfy as possible.
The puking has stopped and she is holding some of a cheese omelet down, so we are hoping we are on the better side of things now.
And Paul is working CRAZY hours this week. He has already put in over 40 hours and it is only Wednesday. He hasn't had a day off in about 12 days now. YUCK.
My poor little lady.
We have watched the Clifford movie about 3 times already and many Clifford episodes.
This is poor Madilyn's first time with puking :( I feel so bad for her.
Here's to hoping little lady feels better soon and that Paul and I don't get this bug
