Beautiful Lake Tahoe!
We had a great vacation at the end of June with Paul's parents and his sister Jeannine and her husband Brad and their 10 yr. old son Robert. Paul's parents rented this awesome cabin on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe in Zephyr Cove. It was amazing!! Madilyn met many people on this trip and loved every minute of it. She is such a great traveler. We are now going to do this every year and already have it booked for next summer! Can't wait!
The beautiful deck, which had awesome views of the lake.
Private beach for the Zephyr Cove area. It couldn't have been any better!
More of the beach with the boardwalk and BBQ area.
Taking Madilyn for a little stroll down the street. Perfect weather (except a little smoky from the California fires).
Madilyn spotted her Grandpa!
Playing on the beach.
Playing with Aunt Jeannine! Madilyn really mastered crawling while we were there.
Checking out the beach (and the cold water) with Grandma Joan.
Beach Baby!
Sporting her swimsuit for the 1st time.
Look at the beautiful clear water. We had so much fun!
We had a blast paddling around the lake in the blow-up kayak. We also had many rafts, and it was paradise just going out into the water and floating around...so relaxing...until we got out and realized just how cold the lake really was.

We had breakfast on the amazing deck each morning. Madilyn provided the entertainment.
View of the lake from our deck. It couldn't get any better. I can still smell the pines!
And Madilyn's first plane ride!! Madilyn absolutely LOVED flying! Hmmm...wonder where that comes from? Anyway, she loved looking out the window at the ground below and didn't fall asleep until we were on our final descent into Reno.

Great Pictures! You are beautiful Madilyn! I had so much fun with you in Tahoe, your Mom is a good cook. Hey Jodi, maybe we can start a cooking show! :) I am looking forward to next year! xoxo
